Design Engineer - Chicago
Our Chicago engineering group is seeking an exceptional design engineer to join our team. This individual must have 4-7 years of hands-on design experience in medical and/or consumer product development. Following are qualifications that are being sought for this position:
- Proven experience in developing intricate mechanisms, incorporating human and electronic power actuation
- Deep knowledge of various manufacturing processes, especially injection molding, thermo/pressure forming, sheet metal & weldments
- Ability to work on a wide range of products from miniature, high-volume devices to large, low-volume machines
- Expertise in Pro/ENGINEER and/or Solidworks
- Must be a quick-learner, creative and passionate about product development
- BS/MS in mechanical/biomedical engineering
