Sales and Account Professional - Raleigh
Insight is a market leading, creative consultancy specializing in developing innovative products, services and experiences for it clients. We are looking for a motivated "hunter" to join our sales team in Raleigh. This professional will contribute to all aspects of business development including prospecting and cold calls, sales presentations, account development and client interaction and finally, participation in strategic sales and marketing system initiatives and planning.
This role requires a person who is adept at identifying key decision makers during the prospecting process and quickly articulating Insight's value at the senior executive level. Skills in uncovering new opportunities and closing business as well as the desire to manage and help grow long term client relationships are the keys to success for this position.
A background or experience in selling technical services and/or experience in the medical industry is highly desired.

Responsibilities:
- Effective and motivated prospecting and cold calling to generate leads
- Effectively communicate Insight's capabilities and value proposition with support from our multidisciplinary professional team
- Coordinate and help write compelling new business proposals
- Support ongoing relationships as account manager to address client needs and seek out new opportunities with ongoing accounts
- Contribute to our evolving sales and marketing initiatives by contributing your own vision to our long-term sales and marketing strategies
Requirements:
- Possess a true "Hunter" skill-set to uncover leads, cold call and create presentation opportunities for new clients
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ year proven track record of business development preferred
- Ability to think creatively and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a very team based organization
- Must be highly self motivated to work in a laid-back, independent yet extremely dynamic environment
