Xoran Technologies saw an opportunity to expand their core imaging miniaturization technology into a new environment: the operating room. Unlike existing stationary scanners, Xoran’s xCAT is designed to be mobile and is small enough to fit into the cramped operating room environment. This mobility and miniaturization allows multiple status scans during a surgery instead of only before and after the procedure.
