Creativity and Teamwork - a Good Pairing

Developing and introducing a new medical product takes more than simply meeting the product requirements. We have developed hundreds of solutions for our clients, earning more than 140 utility patents. This has been achieved by organizing a staff of talented and creative designers and engineers and by providing them with a process and environment that foster the exchange and building of ideas. We work as a team and draw from our diverse backgrounds to generate potential solutions to our client's problems

Theoretical Analysis and Design

We use the most advanced software to develop and simulate potential concepts using kinematic analysis, we investigate stresses and deflections using finite element analysis, we analyze fluid flow and cooling using computational fluid dynamics and we find just the right resin using a sophisticated material selection program. This is how we jumpstart the detailed design activities as we work toward meeting functional requirements.

Physical Design, Testing and Optimization

Solutions may be born on a whiteboard and developed on a computer, but they are proven and optimized in the engineering lab. Our goal is to develop prototypes early and iteratively. By using a combination of in-house rapid prototyping equipment and our high tolerance CNC machining, we are able to quickly build, evaluate, refine, test and optimize our designs in order to create innovative solutions that meet the product requirements and ensure that a robust and long lasting solution will be delivered to the end user.
