Design renderings are transformed into extremely accurate physical models that capture every intention of the designer. Mechanical concept sketches are transformed into proof of principle breadboards that can be thoroughly tested and evaluated. Our fully finished functional models are so accurate that they are often used for mechanical verification as well as final market testing and packaging photography.
Insight offers several different in-house rapid prototyping techniques including CNC machining, Fused Deposition Modeling and Polyjet parts which are more accurate and robust than traditional SLA prototypes.
