Constant communication is the key to success in product development. Throughout the conceptual development process, Insight maintained frequent touchpoints with the client and the consumer. Knowledge of the consumer messaging experience was put to effective use in presenting early ideas to users; new concepts and features were incorporated into scenarios drawn from research. The net effect was collecting informed feedback from users, allowing them to understand trade-offs, articulate preferences, and identify features that presented obvious and meaningful benefits.
