Diagnosing the business case

St. Jude Medical's Cardiac Rhythm Management Division approached Insight with a simple request; help them deliver breakthrough products and experiences for their industry. Insight's implemented their design strategy process to assist St. Jude in realizing an in-depth and dynamic understanding of their industry through the lenses of its constituents as well as from the vantage point of St. Jude Medical's own corporate culture. The key was to compile an informed analysis that could endure over time and be flexible in application, from informing marketing communications to driving new product development strategies.
