To facilitate the entry into a new product space, Insight framed a research program to understand the complex relationships between retailers, home decor consumers, and design professionals, such as interior decorators and contractors. Insight conducted extensive interviews and observed product use with over 100 participants in the United States and Europe. Additionally, because speed to market and technology development was key to the success of the strategy implementation, key X-Rite stakeholders were also included in this process to ensure business goals were considered throughout the process.
